As far as the food it was good and my dogs loved it which was why it was so disappointing to cancel . My delivery got damaged and showed up a week late and arrived literally rotten ( flies and maggots) when I called to tell them I needed it disposed of they basically said nothing they can do . Called customer service again and said they would follow up and 3 days later nothing. Terrible customer service and follow through

Customer service still hasn't responded. Package Was due Thursday the 17th it's now delayed till the 23rd.

I don’t know if my dog likes the food or not. Package arrived open with part of the order missing. Trying to get help from their BOT. No help. Lots of articles to read. None pertained to my problem. If we are destined to have bots for customer service, I’ll make my own dog food. Lost money. Gained aggravation. Cancelled subscription. Poorly value my attempt to try their product.

Do not be fooled. They DO NOT stand behind their product. I tried several different flavors and mixed the NomNom food in gradually, just to give it a fair shot with my dog. He still only nibbled at it or turned his nose up completely. Because I tried for over a month to get him used to it, customer service said I was past the 30 day refund date. And when I tried to explain further how I diligently tried with their product, they just kept reading the same script about the 30 days.

My dog did not like NOMNOM at all. She sniffed and walked away. It wasn't food to her. I've tried just about everything to get her to eat it and she won't touch it. I put her kibble back in her bowl and she ate that up no problem so clearly she was hungry-- just not for NOMNOM. It may be great for other dogs but not my Shiba Inu!

The food is great! The packaging is awful! The ads are great! But it is a total mess! Food comes bundled in thin plastic sealed bags then wrapped with big rubber bands. THEN frozen. Upon delivery the outer packages are frozen but the ones in the center are just cold (apparently never frozen thoroughly ). Nothing thaws from the inside out. The rubber bands tear through the plastic so thawing is a real mess. The labeling is so off that a 225 package weighs double of a 300. Hugh difference. There is zero consistency with the packaging but they say it is not changeable, and no manager to speak with. And don't blame FedEx because NomNom doesn’t package properly. At $1,000 per month for 4 medium dogs….I’m out of this unorganized company. XO

My dog loved the food but month after, delivery issues and the day its supposed to arrive, I get email saying its delayed with instructions to go to pet store. What started as 285 a month ended up close to 400 a month on top of this all. I just cancelled and picked a different vendor who I used before. Avoid them.

I would give zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The worsts customer service and clearly Nom Nom are thieves and have poor quality food as many reviews already say. My dog was allergic to it. Now I have to pay for vet bills and they did not want to refund my money. I got food delivered and changed earlier than my trial ended. It clearly says on the website before you sign up that AFTER your trial it would be a monthly subscription. The last time I checked a month is 30 days not 14 days. According to my bank statements, payments were pulled 14 days apart not 30 days. I still should be able to receive a FULL refund since I canceled before the 30 day money back guarantee. They only wanted to give me an exception of $50. Unacceptable! I didn’t even want the poor quality food. I would never waist my time doing this but this is wrong! The company needs to be reported to the business bureau.
