Ordered 300g meals, received 50g meals! Filed a complaint online three different times with it stating I would be contacted by a representative, never happened! I had to call the company to finally receive the meals I paid for!! Still contemplating if I’m going to continue with the company or find another one!!

If there is no improvement with this shipment and the packaging, we are switching to The Farmer's Dog. I've expressed concerns previously about the rubber bands used to bundle my dog's food, yet every shipment still contains at least 2 bags of food that have burst and become unfit for consumption due to improper handling / packaging. I expected a higher level of quality than this and am disappointed with NomNom's lackluster approach in rectifying these issues. I didn't even request a refund for the ruined food, only they take better care of how it's packaged.

I did like the easier to open and handle packaging, but the portions are inconsistent, especially when you get the half portions option. They seemed they skimp on it. Furthermore, we received some spoiled food (judged by the rancid smell after defrosting)

Most all of the packs were thawed. Instructions said the meals would still be safe as long as they were still cold to touch. All previous orders arrived frozen.

My Nom Nom trial order arrived immediately. My dog loved it and the small packaging was very convenient. My full order was shipped and didn’t arrive for 6 days. When I contacted customer support to check on my delivery, I was basically told to keep waiting even though I was completely out of food for my dog. Fed Ex is the worst shipping company out there and tracking was unreliable. When my shipment finally arrived it was completely defrosted. I had to demand a full refund, it was not offered. Nom Nom needs to improve its shipping processes and its customer support.

The first day we gave Cooper the NomNom food he ate it all. The second and third day he ate a little bit. He would not eat the beef at all. We alternate the NomNom with different foods and he still just does not like it. One complaint is that there is not consistency in the amount of meat in each package. The very first package we opened was full of large chunks of chicken. After that it was hit and miss. All I can smell is the sweet potato/vegetable smell, so I am sure that is why Cooper does not care for it. Honestly, we also subscribe to The Farmer's Dog and Badlands Ranch Food. Cooper seems to like that much better. He usually eats at least 1/2 of it when we feed him. We may end up cancelling our NomNom order. We are still waiting to see how he continues his eating habits.

The food is fine but the packaging is horrific and the customer service is horrible. I wonder if the owner of the company has a dog and has to contend with the packaging twice a day like we do. Cmon nom nom! Step it up!!! Do the right thing!
