I love the product (as does my golden retriever). I have been very happy with the quality and delivery. Couple of comment for improvement below: Still have concerns with lack of reusable/recyclable packaging. I went from one large recyclable bag of dry dog food to numerous small plastic bags and bands. Although some places recycle these types of bags, they are food contaminated and not accepted in my area. The new bands are impossible to slide off of frozen food bags and require cutting. The rubber bands did not. It would also be helpful to get a notification of the deadline to make changes to my order. My dog no longer needs to lose weight and I missed the deadline to make changes. She will now go another month with a limited intake.
