I lost my Labrador at an early age of 8. I decided that if I got another one that I would do all the research regarding food. I have found Nom Nom to be the absolute best food I can find, other than making it myself. Bear (new baby) has been on Nom Nom for a few months and he’s doing great. Teeth are clean, minimal poop and a healthy weight. I would recommend Nom Nom to anyone who wants the best for their baby. Love their food❤️

We have used your service for the last year or so and had to take a break because of cost. We are starting again and hope we can keep it up. Lacey's coat has gotten much smoother and shiney. She likes the food (she is a dog) and we are happy. Breath is nice and she feels cleaner than she used to for longer times.

Trustworthy on time delivery. Individual meal packets prepared specifically for each dog. They love the food, l can see all the individualingedients. Meat, vegetables, rice, noodles, etc. I hope they have found a way to fix the chicken meal. The reason I switched from farmers dog to nom nom was #1. The Individually prepared pkg for ea meal for ea dog so convenient and all bags and shipping materials can be recycled. Farmers dog puts 4 meals in one large bag. It's mushy, messy and inconvenient. Hard to insure divided evenly. Nom Nom looks like real people food. If I wanted mush I'd have continued with off the shelf cheaper food. 2. It is obviously human grade food, u can see Individual veggies, rice, etc. And is so easy to serve each individual dogs meal. Just cut open pkg and shake into bowl. My one pup is overweight so they make hers a smaller portion and I think some different ingredients to reduce calorie intake. I mentioned your chicken meal because it appears in advertisements to look just like I have described, but I had to call when I received my first shipment. The chicken was almost as mushed together in consistency as farmers dog. The rep I spoke with apologized and said a new procedure for filling the chicken meal in bag was causing change in texture and they would work on updating pics in advertisements so it was not misrepresented.Glad they don't want to misrepresent the look of product, but I'd rather they fixed filling process or returned to way the do the other flavors. Needless to say next order I changed from the chicken to pork or beef. They love the turkey with rice immensely. They inhale it. My dogs don't like that mushy texture and I don't like the inconvenience when trying to empty bag. Instead of pouring right out some sticks to insides of bag and must be scraped out of bag with a spoon. Anyway I don't know why you had to change the way you filled chicken differently from other flavors, but I would recommend going back to how others are filled. If you change bag filling procedure for other meals in future causing it to be a mushy texture as well then I would definitely cancel my monthly subscription . Otherwise love the product, even though it's a little pricey.

My pup loves the food! I like giving food that looks fresh, not something that looks bland. I know Bear is getting delicious and healthy food.

My dogs food arrived in great condition. I was concerned because it was a heat on the week it arrived.

The quick response I received from your staff over the phone when I wanted to change the amount of food for each meal after a vet suggested what her weight should be.
