all great service. Only thing is the chicken formula bags started getting air filled and seeming like they were going bad.... so i switched to turkey...

My dog loves the food. He's lost a little weight, which we want. Easy to order or make changes to the order. Food comes quickly. Only negative is it's a little pricey but, I guess all good food is.

Well I think it’s good quality food and the portions are good . My dog likes the chicken wow not so much the turkey .The chicken treats . I don’t know what you add to the chicken but my dog is hooked and a little bit manic over them . The new packaging is not very easy to open . They are on the higher end of the pice scale . Yet well worth it ! Keep hitting it out of the park . Thank you Billy M.

NomNomNow has a great product and my dogs love most of the recipes. I do notice their coats are softer and shinier so very healthy for them. It is a bit expensive but good quality. My only challenge is with their delivery company OnTrac. I've now had at least 4 deliveries that arrived late, were misdelivered to a neighbor or pushed back to the next business day (which is worrisome due to the perishable nature of the shipment). NomNomNow has responded when I've reported late shipments but really hasn't been proactive to improve the service from their delivery partner. Love this company and their fresh food but challenges with OnTrac create stress and so I need to decide if I'll continue with their service/product or just make my dog's food on my own,

My furbabies seem to enjoy all the meals except for the Porkalicous it has too many potatoes in it for them. They will eat it but I have to add a little meat of some kind to it

I love the food and my Cats stomach problems are gone Have the packaging is entirely sealed so there’s no pole peace so I have to use scissors but my cat love this food so much but want to put the food on the plate she starts eating it before I can move my hands away

My puppy is still very enthusiastic about her food after six weeks. My only recommendation would be make the packages easier to open. It’s difficult to discern the two different thin pieces of plastic that I am to pull a part and sometimes I have taken a minute or so to locate it LOL. I even had successfully pulled off the label without opening the package a few times. It’s a minor issue for the fantastic awesomeness of Nom Nom now. Lastly I would’ve appreciated some mention by NomNomnow about the recent dog food recall.
