I have already told you about this a couple of times
I have sent you a few texts and I think an email. PLEASE don't wrap the food in rubber bands. If it gets even slightly "un frozen", the packs become totally distorted and impossible to store. I have a big pile of wadded up food packs in my freezer, taking up the entire freezer!!!

I don't know what to say
I don't know what to say, I think maybe this might be a small company that they're inconsistent. I won't waste my time talking about the food too much, that's really up to your dog to decide and not reflective of the company, they use good ingredients I think, no issues for my dog and she has a sensitive stomach so I think on that front it's ok.
As a company though, they have a lot of work to do. the packaging almost makes more work for me, trying to figure out when to take it out of the freezer to give it enough time to defrost because the blocks are so thick and they stick together because they are rubberbanded I can't get them unstuck sometimes without defrosting all of them and then I have to refreeze them, this is very concerning. Genuinely, you guys NEED a better system, take a look at the flat packaging from farmer's dog, that's how I also freeze my fruits and veggies at home, laid as flat as possible in zip loc bags, it's common for people who do a lot of freezing at home. You guys aren't amateurs anymore, and I like your product better than the others, but the packaging is actually physically painful to deal with and not only inconveniencing but when I have to refreeze things I'm concerned about the quality of the food at that point, it's just not fair to the customer or to the pets.
Now, the subscription service, there is not nearly enough transparency with pricing, or control over plan activity to the point where I was concerned this was a scam site. I have to cancel my subscription just to take a break and if I don't i'm automatically signed up for weeks worth of food I don't need and sometimes can't afford at the time. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and I've never been able to speak with a supervisor. Very recently, I moved and wanted to start budgeting for the meal plans, in order to even view the prices I had to click start meal plan, I didn't realize this would automatically activate the subscription and was charged $200 that week, I hadn't even gotten a chance to finish deciding what I wanted or update my profile to reflect my move, now they're in another state and I've spent $200 I really couldn't afford and no one could help me. There need to be more steps that's absolutely insane. I don't even have the option to remove my card information from the profile so now I have to cancel my card and order a new one which feels extreme but I can't risk anymore "accidents" like that in the future. It makes me uncomfortable that I have to be so careful with a company. You want to be able to trust a company that you have a subscription with and Nom Nom is impossible to trust. 0 to 100 for no reason.

My dog's loved the first delivery
My dog's loved the first delivery, but hold off.
The second delivery my 15 year old retriever refused to eat. The 4 year old the next day refused. Our 10 year old that will eat anything had to finish and we went back to freshpet. Pricing for NOM NOM is much more expensive and portions are misleading. I am sure it is a great product for those switching from kibble to fresh. Did not get the results I was hoping for.
UPDATE they clearly are using AI for responses when their replies do not address the issues and are repeated throughout reviews.

I don't lik the packaging…
I think that Nom Nom is a very good product, but I really don't like the packaging. I was led to believe that the food packages would be one per meal, but instead, they are one package per day. It is difficult and messy and annoying to try to cut the package evenly
Also, the packages arrive secured by many rubber bands that cause the packages to be oddly shaped and difficult to stack and store while frozen

Alert! Weight your portion packages!
I'm so sick and tired of their potions not containing the amount listed on the packaging!! I weigh each package every time and they are very very rarely the proper weight. 98% are either underweight or overweight. They justify by saying, "well your complete weekly package (that they put together with rubber bands) equals the total appropriate weight even if it’s not divided out accurately per package". I have two very small dogs, 7 lbs and 5 lbs, so they don't eat much at each feeding anyway, but it’s really a problem when one day I’m only able to feed them a meager 35g at one feeding because the package is underweight and then the next feeding I’m expected to feed them 60g because the package is overweight this time! Yorkies have very sensitive stomachs, and you cannot change the amount they eat willy-nilly each feeding! I’ve been using this brand for a couple years, but no longer since they cannot fix this problem in their packaging system!

The meals are way too short in terms of…
The meals are way too short in terms of weight. I don't understand when you're charging $8 a pound for dog food why you just don't put an extra 100 G and every seven packages to come out to at least 10 G heavy on each one? It really makes no sense to me for you to be short six out of seven meals
