Lucy is still getting use to NomNomNow but doing well. She can not eat a full package at a time.

My dogs enjoy the food and I like the fresh minimal ingredients. I gave 4 stars for the packaging. I have had several packets come that are not completely sealed and have not been able to feed them to my dogs for spoilage. Other then that, I am completely happy with the product and service.

Kitty is a big fan of the food. It's very well packed. The customer service is excellent. Quick response time and very customer oriented. I hope that this aspect does not change as the company grows (as is the common practice with most established businesses). I gave 4 stars out of 5 because of the lack of variety for kitties (only 2 options) and the inability to select a specific date for payment.

My dogs definitely love it, and it is super easy to prepare, without any gross “dog food”odors. My only concerns are the cost, which is pretty expensive for us (we’re on the half-portion plan) and waiting for my dog’s stool to firm up.

Packaging isn't good. Too many bags have holes in them and then lets water in when heating the food up. I have gotten a couple silicon reusable ziplock bag to put the bags of food in first before placing in warm water but it takes much longer to warm the food. But at least the food isn't getting waterlogged.

Dogs don't care for it.

All good, except the ice had melted and some of the food had started to thaw. It is very hot weather.

The service and the quality of food is excellent. Very convenient too. The only problem is that my picky dog doesn't like it very much. She refuses to eat it for a while, then once she starts eating she picks out the potato cubes and the green beans and leaves a huge mess.
