Box arrived thawed out. Not enough dry ice? Took a chance and refroze it all. Hope that works.

I asked for my dog food to be shipped to a different address while I was on vacation I got it in quickly it was still delivered to my home address which was a little inconvenient but didn’t work out otherwise I would’ve given a five star

The ONLY thing that kept you from a 5 was the packaging, which is really terrible. Everything else is awesome.

My dogs like it very much and look forward to meal time. Packaged nicely for easy feeding. However, it is quite pricey.

Great. My dogs love it. Shipping is so convenient. I’d give 5 stars except the individual packets are a pain to open.

I have tried several of the subscription dog food plans and NomNomNow is the only one my finicky little doggo loves. I had a horrible time trying to find a dog food she would eat and now she cleans her plate every time. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I feed her three times a day and so have to measure her food out for three servings and it would be more convenient to receive three 60-gram packages for each day rather than two 90-gram packages.

Overall great product. Difficulty opening packages and a lot of waste from packaging and shipping but a great product

Prepared, proportioned servings of food for my small dog. Easy to use. My dog seems to like. They were able to ship to another address when we were away over the holidays. Not inexpensive.
