Food is good quality but the packaging is horrible. The package design needs a change. It is very difficult to open the pack and I end using a pair of scissors to open it.

My pup Toby and I think that Nom Nom is pretty Pawsome in almost every way! I very much wanted to give a 5-Star review, but simply could not. The quality of the food gets 5-Stars for sure! My complaint is with consistency and quality control. I've chosen all the different flavors for Toby. The Turkey mix in particular arrives each month varying between 150-200 grams. None of the other "flavors" do. Some months I have to chop up huge clumps of meat (within all flavors), most months I don't. Lastly, I have had multiple order/shipping issues, particularly with add-ons. My last experience was a two-in-a-row event and the CSR response was we will ship it next month. My feeling? If I have to go buy treats elsewhere, then I might as well find a healthy source, elsewhere, that I can count on. I won't be purchasing any further add-ons from Nom Nom. All in all though... 4-Stars!!

After our one dog had some allergies that led to hotspots and medication that didn't seem to work, we explored Nom Nom to see if switching to a fresh diet would help. It definitely has - no more hot spots and she LOVES it. As a rescue, she was a cautious eater and very easily distracted and sometimes snubbed her food. Since we went on Nom Nom she actually whines in excitement at meal time. We have a puppy now too (9 months) and he's been on Nom Nom for several months and also loves it. He's black coat is so speak and shiny he's quite sleak and handsome! The pre-portioned packages take the guess work out of meal time and Lord knows I would never cook all of this myself! Having them delivered every 2 weeks is so convenient too. My only constructive comment which I would say would be more of a 4.5 than a 4 if it would let me, is the new packaging. They tend to be wet and slippery and sometimes the corners aren't cut quite right, making it hard to open and I have to get scissors out to get into it. Not a big deal but..since you asked. :-) Otherwise...we're Nom Nom fans and recommend it to our other fur friends.

I honestly love the dog food and quality of the ingredients in each formulation. What gets to me most though is the price per ounce and unfortunately also the packaging. I like the single packaging to ensure good quality of the food but it can be difficult to open the packages sometimes and some packaging doesn’t even come with a slit to open it up so Id have to open it with scissors. During the covid-crisis, the price was raised and it just wasn’t a good time for me or any consumers of this product to pay more for a product we love and are loyal to. I wish that didn’t have to change.

My diabetic mastiff mix loves this food and his numbers are great but the packaging is not good, especially this last order, just thrown in box, bands broken, rubber bands so tight everything smashed. Hard enough finding freezer space for a month of meals.

4 flavors of dog foods are available. But I have poodles and they get bored easily. So I use NomNomNow foods for half of meals we feed our dogs. The quality of the available foods is excellent, the service excellent. More flavors would be excellent.

I appreciate NomNom now. Great customer service, and I feel I'm getting literally the best possible food for my dog that's available for not much more than high end commercial food. The reason for four stars rather than five is that I wish the meat used was humane -- I'm a vegan and try to live cruelty free. Also even though the packaging is theoretically recyclable, it's not recyclable in my area. I wish they'd change to something that's more widely recyclable.

I really like the concept, wish it was a little less cost. Love how each meal is measured and packaged, convenient for travel.
