It's just wonderful to hear that Kalikimaka enjoys every bite of her food! We pride ourselves on creating delicious meals for even the pickiest eaters! We also appreciate your feedback about our carriers but are glad to hear that your meals are still chilled and fresh when you're able to get your package. We never ship frozen food - only freshly prepared meals and will be sharing your feedback and experience with our delivery carrier. Thank you!
