My dog has loved the food but some packages I've received have not been filled to capacity short as much as 1/2 cup.

I have ordered from Nom Nom Nom twice. My dog is quite finicky. She ate the Beef mix for a week and then wouldn’t touch . So I tried to change to chicken. It was difficult to reach the company quickly and so my next order came half beef half chicken. I tried to contact them again because my next order is due when I will be away. I had missed the change window so they were able to change location of order but not send it to me a day earlier. This is unacceptable so I think I need a more flexible company for fresh dog food. I’m looking for something else.

To be fair, my cat has only been on this food for maybe two months (maybe a little less) he LOVES the food for sure - but he has thrown it up a few times also (not sure why, but most the time it says down). Also I was hoping to see a little bit of a weight loss, but the scale for him is still on 27 lbs (exactly where he started) and again to be fair, he chomps on my dogs dry food every chance he gets (I try and keep it picked up). But I sure would be happy to get Gizmo down to 19 lbs. If I could, I would keep him on this food forever!!!

We're sorry to hear your kitty's got a bit of an upset tummy! This is likely due to the dog food he happens to be getting ainto from time to time as cats are obligate carnivores and can't often tolerate food that is made specifically for pups. We'd be happy to go over some tips and tricks we might have as we want to do all we can to ensure your sweet Gizmo is taken care of and we are doing what we can on our end to help him meet his weight goal and eating the food that's made specifically for his needs — we're here to help :)

Food has been great but I am not happy with recent changes to shipping policy. Now food is being shipped over 2-3 days (this month's food shipped on Tuesday night and it is not due to arrive until Friday!) instead of overnight delivery. Food safety and freshness is rather concerning. We are looking into other companies with overnight shipping options.

My dogs don’t Love this food but it has truly helped their digestive issues. The packaging is combersom when frozen. My dogs clean their plates but pick out the veggies and reluctantly eat them last. I’m happy that my dogs r healthier.

Unresolved delivery problems from the beginning to now, months. i want to know more than they publish ab out their sourcing. i want organic and wild or pastured proteins for me and my pets. not just ":human grade" . what really does that mean?

We appreciate your note and feedback as we certainly understand your frustration and want to ensure you are taken care of. We aren't able to offer organic at this time, but all our food is sourced locally and cooked in our very own kitchen. While we aren't organic, the ingredients we make our fresh meals from are all safe for even people to eat and held to very high standards.

The first delivery was awesome! But this time around the portions were unbelievably small compared to the first one. Is there a reason for that? My kitten is constantly meowing at me now after every meal as if he were still hungry :( and that just hurts my soul. Aside from that, the food looks top-notch!

I’ve been a fan a Nom Nom until recently. They seem to have change their formula so that there is much less meaty than previously. Maybe it’s just a bad batch, but all 3 formulas-pork, beef & chicken have the same issue.
