You really are treated like family!
The food is wonderful. My Aussie has loved each kind that we have tried. The treats are great too - we've tried both the dried chicken and beef. The website is very easy to use and informative. But to be honest, even better than the food is the service that is provided by NomNom's customer support group. Very helpful, responsive and personalized. They truly make you feel like family. Highly recommend this company, having tried others which did not provide this level of overall excellence.

Wow! We couldn't be more appreciative of your kind words! It's truly wonderful to know how much your sweet Aussie loves our fresh food meals and healthy jerky treats! We're so glad to hear that you've felt supported by our care team — we love every single one of our four-legged friends and their pet parents like family so your compliments really mean the world :)
