Very patient and understanding customer service staff. The best and healthiest food and treats ever. The treats are ONE SINGLE ingredient so no worrying about what’s in it. You can also see each real ingredient in the food (carrots,greens, chicken). At first I would call or email for everything but once I used the site to update the rotation of the recipes (I switch it up so he doesn’t get bored) and to update payment method i realized it’s easier that way. We’ve tried every recipe except for the pork because I don’t eat pork so obviously not going to feed that to my pet. It always arrived on time and they package it really well so it doesn’t go bad in transit even if I get home after 6pm.
