Copper loved his Nom Nom meals and I appreciated the ease of ordering them. They have always arrived on time and frozen. After a couple months though, Copper grew tired of these expensive meals and he is now back to eating the same home cooked meals I prepare for the rest of the dogs. We find it much less expensive and easier to simply add an Instinct brand topper packet to Copper's meal when he needs an appetite stimulant.

My only negative is the lack of communication when it comes to shipping/delivery. The food works very well for our King Charles.

I buy the pork food. My dog eats it but leaves the potatoes and I noticed that they need more cooking as they are a little uncooked and hard.

Update: I had this at a one star review because of everything I said below. However, I was contacted by someone on their team and they told me they would send the rest of the food and they woukd work on updating the process to hopefully not mislead anyone else in the future. Originally it came across like nobody cared but in the end I think it was just the person I talked to. So I’m staying subscribed and I’m happy they fixed my issue. Also now that I actually have my food my dog LOVES It. With kibble he barely ate and now he’s eating and having healthy poos! Original review: Completely MISLEADING with pricing. i did the trial which is 50% off. I chose 2 bags per day at full portions. It said at the bottom that each bag would have 150g. Well when i got the shipment email it said 14 of the bags would only be 90g.... When i talked to customer service they said thats because they were transitional meals which are less... but when I asked how much it would be for the full 150g bags, they said it would cost the same.. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. First of all, it said everywhere as i ordered they would be a certain size, then upon shipment, they were not that size, then they could not refund a difference, or send the extra, and it was basically a "tough you ordered the wrong amount sir". I can deal with getting less.. but makes no sense that it would cost the same amount. Their pricing makes no sense. They will just send whatever amount they want and good luck to you.

We have seen a HUGE difference in our Frenchies life due to switching to NomNom. However, I was a little surprised (upon reaching out to the company today about a couple of the pouches not being sealed properly) that the customer service rep would advise that I could still feed the food to my dog. As a F&B GM for 17 years, first lesson in food safety is to not consume any products that have been damaged, tampered with or not sealed properly. This is a huge food safety concern. I would professionally suggest not telling your customers to use product that arrives opened/not sealed.

I don’t think I will ever turn back after switching to Nom Nom. My dog loves it and the ingredients are great. It’s easy to travel with I even fly with packs and the frozen ones stay cool enough during the flight. My only complaint is the packaging. It creates a mess and sometimes it doesn’t actually peel back. I would love to see a slit at the top they you could tear straight across.

I was looking for fresh dog food, that is nutritious and top grade. I am very picky when selecting dog food and read some reviews and decided to try Nom Nom. This is my second day using the product and all I can say is WOW - rave reviews!! My dog is a very picky eater and ate his portion all in one sitting! Normally he picks at it and by evening, he still hasn't eaten it all. I am very impressed by this company and the dog food!! I will continue to order from them!

Nom nom is fresh, always on time, excellent customer service.
