You do not put the same amount or even enough meat in each pack I have to add to it not sure how much longer I will be buying your product thanks

I think this is pretty good fresh dog food if you have a small or medium sized dog. However not so much for larger sporting dog breeds. The calorie content is just not sufficient even with the turkey recipe. If you upgrade your membership to make up the calories (with more food being delivered) it becomes much more expensive compared to the competitors out there. My Ridgeback was becoming underweight with NomNomNow's recommended daily calorie intake and I had to supplement his intake. Will be checking out the other companies out there now.

I have received three orders so far and this last one came with bags that were punctured (a little over half). Still waiting to hear back on what the verdict with the issue was but just disappointed. Choosing this kind of food for my dog is a large expense and I do expect top notch quality for the price. Hoping there will be a positive outcome shortly

She liked the food at first but picked out the sweet potatoes. Now, she is barely eating the beef or chicken meals. I would like to try the turkey and pork meals next.

Shipping is becoming an issue. We have now had two delayed orders and are currently going into day 3 of not receiving our product since receiving the shipping notice. This is perishable food.... If FedEx isn’t able to make things happen then change shipping companies already. FedEx has little to no communication about delayed packages and this is simply not ok with perishable items.

NomNom is good but it has too much veggies (carrots)and not enough meat. My pups leave the carrots and I have to add more chicken. It will not be worth me continuing my subscription at this Rate

I like the convenience of having freshly cooked food delivered. I have concerns about how much white potatoes are included in each pack. I also have had difficulty successful opening the packages without scissors as the easy pry corner does not open easily at all and stopped working since my first batch. I have recently switched to the beef meal since my dogs have stopped eating the pork. So I am hoping they will like this flavor.

I believe this is an excellent product. I'm just having a hard time getting my dog to think so too. 6 weeks later we are still on the mixing with the old food phase (still mostly old food). I have a freezer full of food! Admittedly, I have a very picky dog. I'll try it for 2 more weeks and see what happens.
