I have a rescue that was a stray. Very abused and afraid of many things. I had to fix his food show him it was there and then leave so I was out of sight before he would eat anything at all. I had my previous dog on Food for Dogs and had no trouble at all but this one would not touch it. It was a nightmare getting him to eat. With NomNomNow he comes to the kitchen and sits and looks at me until I get his food ready then we both go put it in the dish and he starts eating at once and enjoys it, doesn't gulp it down like there will never be any more. Thank you

I tried this food for my cat, Buster, after he stopped eating most canned or dry food due to underlying lymphoma. While he ate some, the food overall was not successful for him, likely in part due to his illness. However, I am writing mainly to celebrate the wonderful customer service. After I requested my account be frozen due to Buster's passing, I not only received a condolence email but a few days later got a handwritten sympathy card in the mail. I am convinced this team actually cares about our pets and wants the best for them. I don't currently have a pet who could use their food, but best believe they will be on my mind as I adopt my next animal!
