My goldens liked the food even though there was a lot of potatoes. The first few orders went well. It is very very expensive however. I asked for something smaller, they suggested toppers. OK. Before I only ordered half portions which I added to their kibble. The next delivery came with full portions and an extremely high price! I did not get toppers. I explained that because of Covid-19, I was not financially able to pay the price. I cancelled. Then I was offered a choice of 1 week back up of toppers for a minimal price. I was suckered into that. They wrote me up for 4 weeks instead. So they have a way of setting you up for more than you can spend. I have emailed and called. Nothing. I am done with them. Beware!

I am new to the fresh food option for dogs, and this is the second company I've tried. We're in month 2 and while I expect there to be some variation, I'm seeing less pork and much more potatoes than during the first order. I've previously tried Dr Marty, seemed to be equal quality, but more expensive. So, on to Ollie. They list the most customers on one comparative website. I do like the fresh food idea, my dog is almost always enthusiastic...until recently with a plateful of potatoes, he leaves on the plate. Food is expensive and I have difficulty getting my dog to eat it.

My dog, Jackson still loooooves his food, but now I'm noticing some hot spots on his back where he's getting scabs. It might be the changing weather, I'm not sure. I wish he could get a bit more food because as I know not to over feed him, he seems starving all day, everyday. Lastly, the cost of the same amount of food keeps going up, which is confusing.

Shipping was good, but for the amount that I pay I’ve never had a packet that was so difficult to open. The pull apart tab is horrible. Takes me at least 4 to 6 tries to open it and sometimes I have to cut the bag. Not convenient at all

I ordered some for my little Lucy and she is a picky eater. And she won't eat this either. I am on a quest to find something she will eat. But I didn't care for this food on appearance sake either. Came out of the bag looking like smashed puke. And didn't look all nice and fresh like the pictures show.

One of my dogs did not care for the pork. I also found out that she didn't like carrots as she picked them out as well.

While my dogs likes the food, the quality control is awful. My dogs has no teeth or a bottom jaw so I have grind it up. There is a wide range of variability in the contents as well as amount. Sometimes his food is all green from too much spinach and sometimes there is very little. Even the individual packets do not have the same amount of overall food. I have taken pictures as well as weighed some of the foods. Not what it is supposed to be. My parents were the one that recommended it, but they canceled because of these issues. They are trying a different service. The one time I called customer service, I thought they were very condescending.
