Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Akhilesh. I'm sorry that an unavailable feature made you feel that we're worth a single star but respect your opinion. You're a couple of weeks away from our very own custom-built markup tool that will allow you to click on any part of a graphic or video and make notes for crystal clear revision requests. Hundreds of clients simply use Loom screen recordings too which has never been an issue for them as it's very simple to link your recording into your notes. Thank you for trying the service and best of luck.

Thank you for your review James and I am sorry you felt the experience was not satisfactory. Every year during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, every subscription based design company in the world experiences a massive influx of design requests for last minute designs. It's nothing new and has been this way since this industry started. If any turnaround times were delayed, this was why, and we even announced it to every customer in our platform weeks before the holiday hit so people were aware that this could be possible. We obviously don't run a business where we tell designers to act maliciously and do anything unethical and our reviews and reputation will prove that. I also saw you were getting upwards of 28 unique designs in a single request so you obviously used the service enough to get a ton of output, only to turn around and leave a negative review and ask for a refund. If you had a bad experience, I'm sorry for that, but I can also see that you're using burner emails and different names than what your real name is in our portal, and you're also only on Trustpilot to leave 1 star reviews for companies because that's simply what you do. We are extremely accommodating to our clients and will always make issues right, but understand that the service isn't for everyone. Best of luck to you and happy holidays.

Again, another fake review from the same fraudulent user. A police report was filed today for the fraud you committed. Just because you used VPNs to pretend you were different users doesn't mean a legal subpoena will not reveal your real ip and account information that you used behind the fake IPs. You can keep submitting fake reviews. We have already sent Trustpilot a list of your fake Gmails and Ip addresses that you used to commit fraud with so all of this is on record.

Alex and Dave Kelvins: You were caught defrauding our company by using several fake pre-paid cards on our service with fake customer names, fake Gmail addresses, but using the same IP address on all the fake accounts. Your IP addresses were all flagged as a VPN to hide yourself and the IP you used is blacklisted online as fraudulent on several websites from our reports. You were pretending to be upset with the service and asking for a refund right before the money back guarantee expired and continued to do this on 6 different fraudulent/fake accounts. Now that you are caught, you decided to come and write a 1 star review because you wanted to keep getting free work and ripping off the company. Since Trustpilot thinks this is a genuine experience and it will stay on the website, we decided to reply with the full information instead of allowing you to try and tarnish our reputation simply because you were caught. You claim that our service was a waste of time yet you continued coming back with new fake accounts each time, forgetting to change your IP address, and rip off the company. You also disconnected your phone number as a way to avoid legal action. Every piece of your scam is logged now. We will be taking legal action to rectify the situation.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you had a negative experience. It looks like you're leaving this review from an experience you had a about a year ago but I can not verify any issues you had since this is only your handle being used in the review. It sounds like our team took the proper steps to rectify your situation and even gave you a full refund since the service was not a good fit for your needs or expectations. You can see by our reviews online that we're a great fit for most people and if they have issues, we handle them immediately, but I am not sure why you're addressing this a year after working with our company. If you'd like to give us another try, our team has expanded drastically and we have a full Quality Assurance team which we didn't have during our Black Friday rush in 2019.
