I am not happy with the service; I wouldn't say I like the first design provided. However, I give 5 stars because of the team's prompt reply and support, as they happily proceed to my refund as promised. I hope I will give another in the future.

Our Ecomm company has been using NLC for a wide variety of creative needs for the last few years and we couldn’t be happier with their services. Everything from product launches, site promos, Social, Amazon, Display, DR, brand/lifestyle content- you name it. Jeff specifically is a wonderful business owner, and goes above and beyond to make sure his company and employees are providing the best service and support. They have an extremely talented team, and a large variety of designers to work with- so you're sure to find the perfect fit. They also provide wonderful customer support, communication, and always work quick! If you’re looking for some extra creative help, whether it's one-time or more long-term, this is your team to work with!

Impeccable company. I've had the privelege to watch NLC grow from a tiny team of a few designers to what they are now. In that time Jeff has managed to keep the quality, improve the flow of ordering graphics and streamlined processes for getting the graphics you want for your brand. Frankly, at the price point they're at, there is NOTHING even close to as good as they are. If you're thinking about hiring NLC, save yourself the money and stop thinking - hire them now.

The NLC team has been instrumental as we scale our marketing agency. Having them as the outsourced visual design team allows us to provide minimal direction and get results on time.
