outrageous failure of delivery - silly excuses - no refund i ordered online a projector at the end of July , then got a late e-mail mid-august (!) and apologiew for the delay. no news until i reached out at September again when they answered that the delivery company got a wrong address but no e-mail to inform about that. another e-mail from my end with the detailed address and everything but still no news 15 days later. in my final e-mail where i expected some honesty and at least, a refund since the product would not be delivered , I got a RIDICULOUS answer that they could not refund me because the product had been shipped (although returned back to the stock) and that I could ask for a new delivery with extra expenses !!!! endlessly disapointing & frustrating.
