THIS IS A SCAM. Don't ever use this retailer. They nudge you with a 50% discount if you leave a review upon order. This is why you see so many positive reviews from people who have ordered but still not received anything. I ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago. Then I received a standard email saying that the delivery was delayed. When asking for a delivery date or a tracking number, I just get an AI bot answer. I have now been back and forth with the bot for several days - no answers. My take is that I will never receive the order. Again, this is a SCAM!

I ordered a toiletry bag from Nokmo after seeing their advertisement on social media and viewing the product photos on their website. Unfortunately, although the item I received was the same colour as the one advertised, it looked nothing like the product shown in the pictures. The differences were far beyond what anyone could reasonably consider a minor variation. I exchanged numerous messages with customer support in an attempt to resolve the issue. However, despite explaining the problem clearly, the company’s final response was that they could not offer me any assistance because the product supposedly differed only slightly from the advertised version. Calling this a “minor variation” does not change the fact that the item I received was substantially different from the one I believed I was purchasing based on their website photos. What disappointed me most was not only receiving a product that did not match its advertised appearance, but also the company’s refusal to acknowledge my concerns or offer a satisfactory solution. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they simply insisted that the product was the same. I genuinely regret trusting their social media advertisement and making this purchase. Based on my personal experience, I would advise other customers to be cautious and carefully consider whether the product shown in the photos is what they will actually receive. A disappointing purchase and an even more disappointing customer service experience.
