Frustrating Experience – Buggy VPS, No Clear Cancellation, Ongoing Charges
I had a bad experience with their VPS service. The servers were buggy, and more importantly, there's no cancellation or unsubscribe button available, which puts customers in a very uncomfortable and helpless position. To cancel anything, you're forced to open a support ticket. Their support might eventually respond, but the process is unclear. When they email you, there’s no warning not to reply directly. If you do reply to the email (as most people would), the ticket ends up being closed due to “inactivity” — while your account continues to rack up charges and even late fees. Getting out of their system is frustrating and far from straightforward. I hope others think twice before signing up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience

We require cancellations to be submitted via support ticket so we can process them promptly and accurately. In the past, we offered a cancellation button, but it frequently led to clients accidentally canceling the wrong service. To avoid these issues, we now manually verify cancellations, including confirmation of the service IP, to ensure there’s no confusion. We did receive your ticket and responded promptly. Our response was emailed directly to you, along with a clearly visible link that says, “To respond to this ticket, click here.” This is a standard process that works smoothly for the vast majority of our clients, and we strive to keep it as straightforward as possible. However, you failed to respond to us for months and then blame us? We genuinely hope you're able to find a hosting provider that meets your needs, though we believe few can match the combination of high-performance hardware, competitive pricing, and responsive support that we offer.
