I gave them a chance but they're not improving
Nodes are dropped often, need to restart = loss of rewards. No info from support, no refund offers. Yes, they're cheap, and I don't see that they're worth it any longer.

Due to our ongoing efforts to increase our hosted nodes performance, we may apply updates to the nodes hosted in our platform and this may cause downtime. For this reason, we offer lost reward compensation and on top of that provide free hosting. We don't see any request made from your account for a lost reward compensation claim. If you do, we'll be happy to compensate within our SLA. Our uptime SLA starts at 99.00% for our cheapest plan. Thanks and we're looking forward to hear from you!
