Update May 28 2026: It has now been nearly two months since I first raised my refund concerns. I have received no communication from Noble Travels in over a month, no refund, and no verifiable proof that a refund has been submitted or processed. Given the time that has elapsed, I do not understand why obtaining a status update, timeline, or confirmation of the refund process has been so difficult. The continued lack of resolution has resulted in significant financial impact and uncertainty, with no clear indication of when or if this matter will be resolved. —————- Update for anyone considering using this agency: I was repeatedly told over several weeks that my refund had been submitted and was being followed up on. Qatar Airways has confirmed that no refund request exists on my ticket and no refund request ID has been issued. This contradicts what I was told as early as March 31 and again on April 6. This also reflects the same “we are on it” assurances I received during my travel, where no meaningful action or resolution followed, which is what ultimately led to a loss of confidence in the agency. During my Umrah, I had to manage travel disruptions on my own and incurred significant additional costs. I chose an agency for support and peace of mind. Instead, I experienced a lack of coordination, accountability, and clear documentation, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. My public comments were removed from their social media, and I was contacted by someone from their “compliance department” stating my posts about my experience were “inappropriate,” rather than being provided with verifiable documentation or a resolution. Only after I reiterated my concerns did they share screenshots claiming a refund submission. However, all identifying details are redacted, and the dates shown (April 13–14) contradict earlier statements that the refund had already been submitted as early as March 31. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through this agency. ————— Original Review: Very poor experience with Noble Travels. During my Umrah trip, I encountered travel disruptions and did not receive the support the agency claims to provide. I was left to manage the situation on my own more than once and felt effectively abandoned during the process. Over two weeks later, I still have no confirmation that flight refunds have been submitted or any timeline, and I remain out of pocket for significant additional costs as a result. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am no longer receiving responses. Overall, I found the service unreliable and would not book through this agency again.

I strongly advise against booking with Noble Travels. Our experience in both Makkah and Medina was extremely disappointing and poorly handled. In Makkah, we paid for Queen rooms at what was presented as a five-star property within the Safwah complex. Upon arrival, we were placed in a different tower than expected and given rooms with two single beds instead of the confirmed configuration. The “solution” offered was to push the single beds together — which is not the same as providing the room type we paid for. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly. We were repeatedly told a solution was being worked on, but nothing meaningful was done. The same issue occurred in Medina. We booked two rooms with two double beds in each. Instead, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a suite that consisted of one king bed and a pull-out sofa in a living room. This effectively reduced our sleeping arrangements while they refused to refund the second room we had paid for. Throughout the process, responses felt scripted and dismissive rather than solution-oriented. What was confirmed and paid for was simply not delivered. If you value clarity, transparency, and receiving the room category you actually book, I recommend choosing a different agency. Avoid Noble Travels.
