My experience with Noble Publishers has…
My experience with Noble Publishers has been frustrating and disappointing. I paid for professional publishing services, but I ended up doing much of the work I expected their team to handle. I have emails and screenshots documenting my experience. Even after rounds of corrections, I continued finding grammar errors and other issues. I acknowledge that I approved the manuscript prematurely, but afterward I discovered additional grammar problems and repetition that I believe a professional editing team should have caught before presenting it for approval. I eventually had to request editable files and make corrections myself. Sometimes I waited up to five days for revisions, only to receive files that still were not right. Communication and turnaround times were poor. I often did not receive work until after business hours, which made it harder to review files, ask questions, and get issues resolved without further delays. Luke also asked me to pay for an ISBN that was already included in my package. After I questioned him about that charge, he stopped communicating with me. This damaged my trust and contributed to my decision to handle my Amazon upload myself rather than share my login credentials. During the final two weeks, I was assigned another person without a clear explanation. To his credit, he provided more direct communication and clearer answers, which I appreciated. However, that did not erase the problems throughout the process. When I raised concerns about the Kindle formatting and provided screenshots, I was told that adjustments were my responsibility because I was handling the upload. Choosing to upload my own book did not mean I expected to take over correcting professionally prepared files. This should have been an exciting milestone. Instead, I spent too much of it checking work, repeating corrections, waiting for responses, and figuring things out myself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Noble Publishers.
