Work started in January and it's now mid August and we're finally done. We were told it'd take 2-3 months to finish. The only saving grace is that the work turned out well. They don't employ any of their own contractors, everything is subbed out. Their plumber and electrician are great. The initial drywall guy would never show up on time if at all. He'd be scheduled for one day and not show up, show up the next day to drop stuff off and say he'd be here tomorrow, then not show up for a week. He'd show up for 15min and say okay, I need to do this, this, etc, then leave and not show up for multiple days. This easily added a month to the project. I complained to the GC and they got a new drywall company/guy to come and they were great. It never should've taken that long and you shouldn't keep contractors like that around. We remodeled all our bedrooms, all our bathrooms, and our hallway. We were given the quote with paint then later on found out that we had to pay more for paint because they only quoted our bathroom and master bedroom. They said "Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding." That's shady business tactics, why would we remodel all of that just to have one bedroom painted and leave the rest mismatched? They're either lying, incompetent, or both. The door and ceiling paint wasn't on there either. We had it in the bid for them to change out hardware for doors, cabinets, etc. When asked to do it they would say "Oh, the cabinet guys do that", Then I'd ask the cabinet guys and they would say "Oh, that's not me". I ended up doing it myself and had to check over the bid and notify them they didn't do it and get it removed off the bill. The flooring company they use does good work but the flooring company's sales person is incompetent. He came out 4 separate times to measure for materials. He said he ordered 15% extra so we wouldn't run into any issues. They didn't order enough plank, so they had to stop where they were at to order more. It was a special plank, so it took a week to get in. They also didn't order the transition strips to begin with either. We had out master bedroom ripped up and unlivable for weeks while working on our spare bathroom. They could have been working on the master bedroom the entire time, but waited until the bathroom was done to start the bedroom. The entire job was mismanaged and inefficient. Everything was done besides needing two replacement drawers for our vanity. I notified our GC and the installer said he'd notify his boss. I ask a month later, where our drawers were and the GC said let me check. I get a call from the vanity guy and he said nobody told him. Another month goes by and I ask again, the vanity guy calls me again and says nobody told him, even though I have text message threads with him, notifying him of the problem and with pictures a month prior. It takes another month for them to come in, and another two weeks for them to actually bring them out. I could go on and on, but this should be enough to scare away anyone thinking of doing business with this company.

Noble was possibly the worst company we could’ve hired. They did the messiest job on so many areas of our home. We had to ask time and time again for things to get fixed and honestly it still looks like trash. We tried to be understanding and communicative but the foreman, Richelle didn’t come to the site (our home) for over two months and didn’t oversee any of the work. I would recommend hiring literally anyone else.
