Working with Greg Snyder at No Alumni was a very valuable experience for our team. Greg guided us through our The 6 Types of Working Genius assessments in a way that was engaging, practical, and eye-opening. We gained a clearer understanding of the work that energizes us versus what drains us, and how we can lean into each other’s strengths to better support one another and grow as a team. Personally, I walked away with a deeper understanding of myself both at work and at home. The process helped me recognize why I naturally respond the way I do to certain requests and types of work, which has already improved how I communicate and collaborate with others. I had the pleasure of taking a condensed session with Greg about the Six Working Geniuses. It was an eye opening experience with insightful guidance by Greg. I would happily take the full session should the opportunity ever arise and have a few business coaches I think might need to meet him. Using this training to prevent burnout and keep teams working together cohesively seems invaluable.
