At the front end, they were very helpful and attentive to my needs. It’s the back end , when they get their money back plus a percentage, I wonder how fair they will be!

The amount you’ll pay Noah when you exit your contract is completely dependent on how much your home value appreciates over the length of the agreement. When you’re ready to exit, we’ll help you schedule an independent third-party appraisal to determine your current home value, and in the meantime you can always use the buyout calculator in your Noah Dashboard to estimate what your final payment will be!
