This company has proven to be very unreliable and has supplied me with poor material. I ordered an emdr kit consisting of headphones and buzzers and a unit to connect both. When it was delivered, it immediately became clear that 1 of the buzzers was defective. Communication with the company about this only succeeded after 8 attempts and then I received a new one. But that took 5 months. Then later it turned out that the unit where you have to connect everything in was defective. Had contact with the manager because again there was no response to my e-mails. And he advised me in a friendly and pleasant way to send the defective unit for repair. Now we are 4 months later and the manager indicated that he would pick it up. But I don't receive a repaired unit and now I have to conclude that I'm just ripped off. I paid 240 euros for material that doesn't work. For my therapies it is necessary because I am an EMDR PRACTITIONER psychologist and I now have to borrow from colleagues the equipment. But my money appears to have been completely thrown away and complaints are not taken seriously! So my urgent advice: if you need something for EMDR do not buy it here because the material is not good and the communication if something is defective is completely inadequate.
