My first experience was efficient and…
My first experience was efficient and friendly. I had good interactions with various staff members and they handled me carefully. However, the next appointment was rough. First, they cancelled my appointment by accident. The receptionist apologized and realized it was her fault when she was inputting the information after my first visit. Then, they pre-charged me, which I thought was odd but went along with it (usually I am charged for doctor visits after the visit in case there are cost adjustments to the estimated bill). The problem with the charge was that I ended up not getting any work done that day because my gums hadn't fully healed since my first visit and they refused to do any more work until then. I was told I would not get a refund and the amount would just be left as a credit to my account. I didn't appreciate this because it was my money that they said they would not provide back after receiving no service, which is very odd to me. With these concerns and other slight issues I faced with the office, I now think they need to work on scheduling and communication. Even though they are nice people, they are clearly going to continue having issues when they office isn't organized. I hesitate to return at all, even with the credit on my account.
