SOME PEOPLE!!!
Just to start off the bat I do NOT work for Nitro Planes nor am I old enough to even have a job. EVERYONE LISTEN UP! Nitro Planes is a really good website Period. I cannot believe some people get away with saying these things so i'm going to go down the list of 1-2 star reviews and say my opinion to some of them. 1) "I will not buy another thing from this place. Their customer service and shipping truly sucks!" Listen, You cannot buy anything online weather its as light as a feather or if it costs 1 dollar online without expecting to get a big shipping price. Also you should be smart and learn that you don't need to buy just one prop or one same item for that mater. You buy multiple; in bulk, so you don't have to waste money on shipping again when it breaks again. If you buy a plane that costs 150 dollars they only add about 2 dollars to the shipping charge you mentioned. 2) 'Horrible electronics" Just to let everyone know, electronics DO break, big whoop huh. Well you can't always expect everything to work perfectly. Not a surprise for planes that cost around 100 dollars. 3) "Bad Attitude, unresponsive, shaddy, Don't care about customers" "you get what you pay for", BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU PAID FOR DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most RC websites are like this, and if you wan't to get the very highest quality plane you need to buy them in a KIT and put in the electronics you like. Read my last sentence again before you buy another plane. The comments people post DO NOT DROP DOWN FAR ENOUGH TO THE LEVELS OF ONE STAR. If I were the people who gave those reviews I would give the company 3/4 star ratings.
