The z6 pillow zipper broke off when opening the package. Unimpressed for a $500+ pillow. The App is useless, provides incorrect data to make it appear the pillow is effective. Wrote the company several times to try and get an exchange for a defective pillow or to just get a return/refund......several weeks have passed with zero response. Stay away and save your money.

Hier fallen Kosten von ca. 83 € an über TransGlobalExpress an. (inkl. Versicherung) Nitetronic hat versucht mir 60% des Kaufpreises zu erlassen, damit ich es behalte.

I purchased the A1 pillow at the end of December 2025. In early January they approved for me to return the pillow to them and sent me the return address. I mailed it back and forwarded them the tracking number. It is now July 2026 and after initially promising three times they would refund me, they have stopped responding. I would about this company. I really wanted to love the product but now just feel they’re fraudulent.

The pillow wasn’t comfortable, the app was glitchy and partially in Chinese. It failed to detect my snoring so it is essentially defective. They refused to cover shipping saying the pillow is fine. I was forced to pay $43 to send it back myself to avoid exceeding the 30 window. Absolutely trash company, trash customer service, and scam products. STAY AWAY!!!!

I purchased the Nitetronic A1 anti-snore pillow for $349. Here is what happened: - The correct app name ("Anti-Snore Lab") appears nowhere in their documentation. The download link on their website is broken. Their support team sent a second broken link. - Across three test nights, the app failed to track twice and detected snoring unreliably on the one night it ran. - When I reported the failures, they blamed user error and cited "backend data" to deny return shipping coverage. - After escalating, they confirmed a full refund in writing on May 25 — no return required. - They gave a two-week timeline on May 29, putting the deadline at June 12. - June 12 passed. No refund. No response to three follow-up emails. Today is June 19 — 7 days past their own committed deadline. This matches the pattern documented by multiple reviewers here: product fails, company blames the user, refund is confirmed then delayed indefinitely until the customer gives up. I have not given up. FTC complaint filed. BBB complaint in progress. AIWORKS GLOBAL, INC — 20 Prestige Circle, Allen TX 75002 — be aware.

The first thing to say is that the product didn’t work at all for me. But the most important thing to say is that the customer service is so awful. It took four months and endless emails and chasing to get the refund paid. They obviously make a lot of money from customers not having the time or energy to chase the refund and just giving up.

I spent hundreds on their A1 pillow and it's totally useless. It doesn't even connect to the wifi network (which is required for use). Don't waste your money on this garbage!
