I asked customer service to return an anopened item as I will not be able to use it and did not even receive a respond. What a horrible customer service!

I initially tried an aftermarket product because of time. That was a mistake. Lesson learned. Not only did I waste time, also, the item didn't work. The OEM part worked to perfection!!! I have used nissanpartsdeal.com before and will continue to do so!! Thank you.

I bought a starter from this company as new and not a rebuild. Which i guess if u look at it like a used car salesman. 1 it was new to them and not rebuilt at that facility 2. I had a time getting then to replace a starter they sent to me that was defected when they sent it. Box had no damage. And they offered to basically pay back what they taxed

Less than 1 star. Ordered a $175 visor which I was sent the incorrect visor for my vehicle. Simply because the plastic wrap around the visor was opened they will not return or exchange. The visor was never installed and is brand new. They've stolen $175. Complete illegitimate company.

Ordered the hook part for a sun visor. They sent one that was clearly smaller than the original and would not fit correctly. Emailed customer service and provided picture that shows its not the same size so therefore not the correct part. All they said was you were given the correct part. They would not let me return it or give me a refund. I wouldn't trust ANYTHING ordered from this site to be the correct part.

I needed some very difficult to find suspension parts for my 29 year old Pathfinder and Nissan Parts Deal had them in stock for a good price. Completely satisfied with delivery and service. One happy customer and the Pathfinder is back on the road again.
