I ordered a part for my Nissan and when the part came it was the incorrect part. The fact it was incorrect was not their fault, as Nissan had packaged the wrong part in the package that had my part number. I requested an RMA and they requested pics of the part as well as the packaging. They told me I would have to pay for return shipping, and i would incur a 20% restocking fee. I explained to the gentleman that the pictures i sent clearly showed it was the wrong part, but he said it didn't matter...since the packaging showed the correct part number, as far as they were concerned it was the correct part. My third purchase from them was also my last...ever!

Worst parts company i have ever dealt with. Sent wrong part in correct part # packaging. Started rma process. They asked for pics. I emailed pics from the latest and greatest cell phone. I've looked at the email from several phones, tablets and computers. Pic are there and when you tap them they show the information of the pics. Mine were in jpg. Form. They asked me to send them in jpeg. form or pdf. form. Which was silly because jpegs were for computers before we had phones, tablets...etc. jpg. Form was made to be universal. I sent them anyway in jpeg. They email and said they still haven't received pics. I called and a lousy, rude representative got me nowhere. I got robbed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
