I paid for service work that was never addressed. I even had certified mechanics view the service video that was made by the nissan mechanic. The work that i was told my vehicle needed was the same work i paid $2,200 for, less then 20,000 miles ago. When i mentioned to the service department that I had already paid you for the same repairs, a few months earlier, they told me that this sometimes happens. My bushings on the "old" control arms lasted over 120,000 miles, with no issues. Now I'm supposed to believe that the new bushings started causing major steering issues at under 20,000 miles? This was a direct assault on my intelligence. All i continue to think about is what could've happened while my 5 year old grandson was in the car. Not to mention if the steering issues came up while teaching my son to drive, with his learners permit. There are so many ways things could've gone dangerously wrong. All because my trust in NISSAN service was taken advantage of. Now, i question each and every service visit I've had in the past 5 plus years. I've only taken my vehicle to nissan service, since the very first day i drove it off the lot. Once i brought this issue to their service manager, he agreed to refund me the $900 labor I felt like i was forced to pay. Thank you for your time in this matter and I look forward to hearing back from you.
