This is not my first review. After posting several months ago about poor performance and lack of response, I was contacted directly by Ed Downs. He kept in touch for a bit and convinced me that big changes were underway - be patient. Not only did changes not materialize in gains, but Nirvana went radio silent. I am nearly 1 year in and down $10k for the buy in, $99/month x 10 months, with a -1.03% in the account performance. This leaves me with a total 19% loss that'll likely take in 26. Time to be truthful.

Thank you for being transparent about your experience. I’m truly sorry that we haven’t met your expectations and that you feel the communication has fallen short. It’s clear we’ve let you down, especially after Ed reached out to you previously. We have been providing periodic updates to our community to keep everyone informed of our progress, including a status update released just last night regarding the specific improvements and milestones we are hitting. Our goal remains to bridge the gap between the advertisements and your actual experience. We are continuing these periodic updates to ensure that our users are never left in the dark again as we work to improve the system's output and reliability. We appreciate you sticking with us, and we are committed to ensuring the changes that are coming translate into the results you expect.

In response to Nirvanasystems narrative construction whereas they make it out that negative reviews aren't real customers or competitors. I had to be verified with Trustpilot in order for this review to be posted, I also asked Nirvanasystems for a full refund and haven't heard back from them. Beware the fake reviews. I don't know who writes the 5 star reviews? I'm taking a big risk by waiting a year in order to get my 10k back. In a year I may have nothing left, I may be ahead just walking away.

While we take all feedback seriously, we must address the highly unusual circumstances surrounding this post. This is the fourth negative review you have submitted on our Trustpilot profile under this username, yet despite our repeated requests to contact you, you have not provided any details that will allow us to do so. If you are a legitimate customer, please contact our official customer service channels directly so we can finally address your concerns. Sincerely, The OmniFunds Team

Nirvana promotes an Omnifunds 2 fund that is supposedly AI driven and SUPPOSEDLY has been getting 66% gains since 2005. The images that they show promote huge gains that DO NOT EXIST. What they will not show you until you sign up is that all the gains that they show are all HYPOTHETICAL. Its a joke. In the introductory meeting - they reveal their "newest funds" as they constantly are unveiling new funds. The reason is that they can reveal hypothetical gains all they want with new funds because they have little to no track record. Once thier fund begins to have trouble- they invent a new fund. Its like telling someone you would have won a championship round of chess (if you had known all the moves in the game prior to playing). They use past data to then program a fund to act like it would if all things repeated (which all seasoned investors know is impossible to replicate). Trust me: if they could make these gains - every institutional investor would be investing. When you get in the introductory meeting - they show you all the chat rooms for people in the program. Makes you feel comfortable that all these other people do it until you see that all chat responses in the room are restricted to only saying hello and that you are new to the group. No diologue after that. Wonder why? Save the pain. The "refund policy" is impossible to ever activate. We all want these gains but it is never going to happen. Also the funds are not actively traded by some AI bot. They trade 1x per day and no matter what happens in the market - your account is not actively managed through the trading day until the following day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding the Omnifunds 2 strategy and Nirvana's programs. We take all feedback seriously and are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We want to take this opportunity to clarify several points you raised. Transparency is critical to us, and we strive to make this clear throughout our introductory materials and agreements. Backtest data demonstrates how the rules-based strategy would have performed if implemented historically, dating back to 2005. As stated in our disclaimers, past performance, whether real or hypothetical, is not an indicator of future results. We rely on this backtested data to show the analytical foundation of the algorithm, but we absolutely agree that it is not a guarantee of future live trading results. Our live track is clearly labeled as such for all OmniFunds. We design our strategies to be adaptive and rules-based. The development and unveiling of new funds or iterations are driven by continuous research and development, aiming to refine market approaches and adapt to changing conditions—it is a cycle of innovation, not an effort to conceal underperforming products. We are committed to supporting all active funds and providing the relevant, transparent data for each. You are correct that the Omnifunds strategy executes trades typically once per day. This is an intentional characteristic of the rules-based system. It is designed as a strategic, systematic approach that executes based on end-of-day market data and calculations, rather than an intraday, high-frequency AI bot reacting moment-to-moment. This specific methodology is a core component of the strategy's design. Our community chat rooms are designed to be a constructive and supportive environment for members to share knowledge, successes, and questions about the platform, technology, and learning materials. We have guidelines in place to ensure discussions remain productive and respectful. Furthermore, our records indicate that you have not been subject to moderation or censorship within these channels. Our refund policy is outlined clearly in the agreement you signed at the point of your purchase. It is designed to be fair, and we uphold the terms strictly when a member is eligible. We must also state for the record that we have no record of you having opened a live trading account with our recommended brokerage partner to implement the Omnifunds strategy. This context is important as it indicates your observations are based solely on introductory materials, rather than live experience with the strategy execution. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your specific concerns privately and review your enrollment and communication history. Please reach out to our Customer Success team directly at [email protected]. Thank you again for your feedback. The OmniFunds Team

Like many other reviewers, I'm deeply disappointed with the results of my Nirvana fund performance. I put the minimum of $50,000 to sample the water back in late May 2025, and so 1/2 year later I'm down 3%, not including the $99/month brokerage fees. I am in the Multi-Index Growth with Inverse ETFs fund. This fund seems to look at what is hot today, and then tries to invest in that for tomorrow. This strategy has seldom worked. My $10,000 one-time license fee is supposed to get returned to me if they don't beat the S&P by 20% by next May. Now I wish I had just been in an S&P ETF for the past 1/2 year. Returns would have been superior and no $10,000 fee nor monthly $99 fees. Not sure how other reviewers can report superior performance because I am sure not satisfied.

Dear Valued Client, Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback regarding your experience with the Nirvana Multi-Index Growth with Inverse ETFs fund. We understand and genuinely regret to hear that you are deeply disappointed. We apologize that your initial experience has been frustrating, especially when considering the associated fees and the strong performance of benchmark indices like the S&P 500 during the same short period. The Multi-Index Growth with Inverse ETFs fund is a differentiated, long-term strategy designed to seek returns by dynamically allocating capital across various sectors and hedging using inverse ETFs. This strategy is specifically engineered to perform differently from a passive index fund. While this approach is intended to provide uncorrelated returns and protect capital during market downturns, it can naturally lead to periods of underperformance when the broader, large-cap markets are experiencing strong, straight-up growth, as has been the case recently. A six-month performance window is often too brief to fully realize the value of this hedging and active management approach. Regarding other reviewers, performance varies significantly based on the specific fund chosen (we manage several mandates) and, critically, the start date of the investment, as market timing drastically affects short-term results. We would like the opportunity to review your specific account, discuss the investment philosophy in greater detail, and ensure you have full clarity on the fee structure and the path to the license fee refund. Please contact our dedicated Client Services team directly by phone or email so we can move this conversation offline and focus on your individual success. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Sincerely, The OmniFunds Team

I’m extremely disappointed with how Nirvana has been managing my investments. Despite paying a substantial fee with the expectation of superior returns, I’ve incurred consistent losses over the past three months during one of the most bullish market periods. I’ve spoken with customer representatives multiple times and was assured that my concerns would be escalated and someone would reach out to explain what’s being done to address the poor performance. It’s been several weeks, and no one has contacted me. At this point, I believe I made a mistake signing up. Unless there’s a significant and immediate improvement, I intend to wait out the year and request a refund, as I have no confidence that the fund will outperform the market.

Dear Ahfaz, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry for your disappointing investment performance and, most importantly, for our unacceptable failure to follow up on your concerns. Your experience does not meet the standard of service we strive to provide. We have identified your account based on your review, and we are taking immediate action. A senior member of our team will be contacting you personally today to discuss all available options to make this right. Sincerely, The OmniFunds Team

Omni Funds is a total disappointment. I paid over $10,000 to beat the market. The market is up 22%, my account is up 5%. The market is making records almost weekly. They told me that I should easily beat that. Look at my account and not even close. They sell you on a "past history" but the program is just a waste of money. Do not invest your money in a promise. Join online groups who will give you swing trades. I made 20% in one week. Cost of $299 a month. Omni Funds made me less than 1% a month and made me pay up front for poor performance.

Thank you for your candid review. Reading about your disappointment is very concerning to us, and we sincerely apologize that our performance has not lived up to the expectations you had when you joined us. It's completely understandable to be frustrated when your account isn't keeping pace with a record-setting market. While market benchmarks are an important yardstick, our strategies often incorporate risk-mitigation techniques aimed at protecting capital during various market cycles. In a strong upward market, this focus on risk management can sometimes lead to performance that differs from a major index. However, it's clear that the results you've seen have caused frustration, and we want to address that directly. We take your feedback that you felt sold on a "promise" very seriously. While we use historical data to illustrate our process, it is never our intention to guarantee future results, and we regret if our presentation gave you that impression. We are committed to working with you toward a solution. Please allow us to conduct a full review of your account and the communications you received. You can email us directly at [email protected] or call us at 512-345-2545 to speak with a customer representative.
