My mother and I attended Carol's private sound bath for the winter solstice and it was a beautifully curated experience that was intimate and supportive to all who attended. Carol always takes time to welcome new guests to her Sound Bath sessions, and introduce them to the rest of the group. She creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere and tries to tailor a portion of the session to each person’s needs. The sound bath itself is magical - Carol uses so many different singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks and other instruments to create a soothing and relaxing soundscape. I always look forward to it as a weekly reset.
