NinjaTemplates LLCReviews of ninjatemplates.com

A truly great experience from the beginning of the process until the end. They are very structured and detailed and the design they did for us is very clean and professional. I highly recommend!

Augustus and Jenna gave us a beautiful platform on which to base the look of our online presence. The dynamic features in the package we chose will allow customers to browse our inventory within our Store listings in an intuitive way. For us this means we keep potential buyers in our eBay store for longer, leading to more viewership and SALES! They were very involved in the creative process and with the forms they provided we were able to concisely see our vision and inspirations come to life with each step! Being that Ninja Templates works with other services we use, like Sellbrite, Ebay, and Shopify; we can easily integrate our inventory while keeping the layout and item specific information consistent between each site. Updating images and information is easy too, with the Support page and its descriptive instructions provided after installation. When troubleshooting isn't enough, their communication has been phenomenal. They typically respond in minutes when we have any inquiries or requests. This service from Ninja Templates is great for business owners who are new to selling online, know little to nothing about coding, and want their ideas to come to fruition quickly. Most importantly, you will have a team of informed professionals behind you. This company started selling online and their first-hand experience shows from the initial drafts to a finished design. You won't feel abandoned after your projects are completed, which is why this service has become an integral part of expanding our online business. We are excited to start working with Ninja Templates on our next project in the near future!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with NinjaTemplates. These guys are TOP NOTCH all the way around. They were attentive to my needs, created a beautiful design and helped me with implementation. Cost was affordable and communication was excellent. Highly recommended - give them a shot!

We are repeat customers of Ninja Templates as we initially selected them in late 2017 to design our eBay Store and Listing Template and to ensure it conformed with the New eBay Store shopping experience requirements that were to roll out in the months to follow. Ninja Templates created a beautiful design that was free of active content, optimized for an enhanced mobile web experience, and improved search engine optimization (SEO). When it came time to expand our online presence, we were so delighted with Ninja Templates’ previous work that we didn’t hesitate to choose them once again to create a completely new design for our business – Ready-Set-Collect – on the Shopify platform and to also update our eBay Store and Listing Template so that both selling venues shared this same new design. While the thought of creating and implementing a new design for your business can seem daunting, the entire process from start to finish was quick and easy aided by Ninja Templates’ simplified step-by-step process. They completed our design work during the height of the holiday shopping season without delay. Augustus and Jenna from Ninja Templates provided timely work, thorough updates, and rapid responses while ultimately providing us with a professional new look that we are more than pleased with. We highly recommend Ninja Templates to every business requiring design work.

We chose Ninja Templates to design a new ebay template for our ebay store about 5 years ago. I was impressed with their processes for gathering my information and working quickly through the steps required to create a quality product. The template is still in use after 5 years and is still modern and effective. We then chose Ninja Templates to design a template for our new Big Commerce store about 3 years ago. The process was even better the second time around and we decided to ask Ninja to help us create a new Logo for our company. The store design and logo have been well received in our buyer community. When we need a new product in the Ninja Templates domain we will ask them to create it without going through a review of their competitors. I have every confidence in them.

We first found Ninja Templates when we were forced to upgrade our eBay webstore. Augustus and Jenna patiently and adeptly helped us navigate the new eBay changes. The Ninja eBay template that they provided has allowed us to present our products in a clean, consistent, eBay-compliant, and SEO-friendly manner. Since applying the Ninja template, our brand recognition has grown, our customers are able to find us more quickly and easily, and most importantly our eCommerce sales have quadrupled. We again reached out to Augustus and Jenna to help us move our outdated Stanchions Express website from a Magento platform. They suggested that we move to BigCommerce. During the move we had them customize a BigCommerce theme for us. Again, their knowledge, expertise, and business relationships helped us quickly and easily get Stanchions Express up on the BigCommerce platform. We can’t believe how easy working with BigCommerce is compared to Magento and we have Ninja Templates to thank for it. The Stanchions Express migration and refresh went so well, that we’ve now enlisted Ninja Templates to assist us in moving our much larger Quik Stage website to Big Commerce. As expected, the larger website has presented new challenges, but Ninja Templates as remained with us throughout the entire journey. Regardless of the task, Ninja Templates has consistently provided outstanding customer guidance and support. They remain focused on meeting and, more often than not, exceeding the customer’s expectations with their results and responsiveness. Have no doubt, Augustus and Jenna are committed to customer satisfaction. Ninja Templates has helped take our eCommerce to the next level. Many, many thanks to Augustus and Jenna for all their help.
