The service is awesome but…
The service is awesome but unfortunately, for as big as operation I run, the monthly plans are way too expensive.

For me the fees are on the higher side…
For me the fees are on the higher side so I can't give them a full 5 star rating... but to be fair, the connections are good.

The service is great, but the support is lacking at times.. slow responses at least for me. Been waiting days for them to hear back.

I could list many things that I like…
I could list many things that I like about this service but it would get too technical so I just say it works for my bot-oriented social media management. Why i took away 1 star was the price... if they could lower the prices a bit then it would be perfect.

The product is great and I have no complaints, but I just wish that the customer support could respond faster at times as I don't have time to wait for 15 minutes every time while in the middle of an operation.
