Worst agency experience.
We paid a $3,000 setup fee. The ads were shut down repeatedly and were off for more than 10 days, and we never got close to the spend we agreed on: about $100–200/day at most against a $10,000/day target. CPL never reached the target either. The weekly calls and weekend support we were promised never happened.
+ They never answer during the weekend, so your ads run without any check from Friday 5pm to Monday 9am which is crazy for an agency.
They refused to refund any of the setup fee, even after I offered a 50/50 split so they could keep $1,500 for their work on the setup. After that, my emails and messages went unanswered.
I'm now handling this through my lawyer.

Focus on Incompetence and Poor Communication
Ninja Promo provided a confusing and ineffective strategy for our campaign. Nothing was well organized, and communication was frustrating at every step. A special note about Paul – the lack of support and attention to detail made the whole process much more difficult than it needed to be.

Hi there 👋
“Focus on incompetence and poor communication” is quite a headline. Our copy team would probably approve of the wording, not the sentiment 😅
We took it seriously and checked our CRM for any campaign that matches this story, including one led by Paul. We could not find a project that fits under that name, scope or timeline. That usually means either the review was posted under different details, or it is not coming from a real client.
If this is a genuine experience, please email [email protected] with your company name and dates. We can review the strategy that was proposed, see where communication may have broken down and respond based on actual data.
And yes, Paul has already seen this and double checked his tasks, inbox and conscience 👀
We are always open to real feedback from real clients. That is how we actually improve.

Totally scam website.
Totally scam website.

Hi there 👋
Calling us a “totally scam website” without any details is… creative, but not very helpful. We’re a registered company with real people, long-term clients, and more Zoom calls than we’d like to admit – not exactly the profile of a “scam site”.
If someone wants to share a real experience with specifics, we’re always open to that. Until then, we’ll let our work and our clients speak for us.

They do not care
They have certain skills, they are professional - but they do not care about your business. Agnostic to success but will bleed cash.

Hi there 👋
Saying that we do not care about clients’ success is far from how we see our work. Our subscription model is built around long term partnerships: we do well only when clients see progress and choose to stay with us over time.
We checked our system and could not confidently match this review to a specific client or project. If this reflects a real engagement under different details, you are welcome to email [email protected] with your company name and dates so we can review what actually happened.
In the meantime, we prefer to be judged by measurable outcomes, transparent collaboration and the feedback we receive from our long term clients and published case studies.

Super disappointed with NinjaPromo
Super disappointed with NinjaPromo. The onboarding call was a complete waste of time — felt like they were dragging me through their internal process rather than listening to what I actually needed. Endless meetings, vague answers, and basic questions that could’ve been answered with a simple Google search.
Any time I asked for something specific (case studies, examples, flexibility), the answer was either “no” or “we need to set up another meeting with someone else.” They weren’t prepared, didn’t adapt, and honestly just felt like a rigid agency pushing a playbook, not a partner trying to help.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi there 👋
We looked this up in our system and this was a single intro call, not an active client engagement. There was no contract, onboarding or campaigns started together.
Our first call is intentionally structured: we walk through how our dedicated team works, ask a lot of questions and try to understand your goals so we can see if we are actually a good fit on both sides. It can feel a bit “process first” in one short conversation, but that is exactly how we avoid promising things we cannot deliver later.
If there is a potential fit, there are usually one or two more calls before any contract is signed. On those we bring in a strategist, review relevant case studies, talk through a draft plan and only then decide together whether it makes sense to move forward.
In your case it is clear that this format and our style did not match what you expected from an intro, which is why we did not move forward on either side.

Disappointing experience with…
Disappointing experience with NinjaPromo. I chose them because the sales manager said they would be a perfect fit, but it did not go well.
From the start, there was no clear contract, and I had no idea how they track hours or handle payment. Their website audit made no improvements to my site.
Their ad campaigns were set up poorly, and they never really understood my industry—even though I spent a month explaining my work as a digital intermediate colourist. The LinkedIn ad also took a month to launch.
Communication was difficult since I could not speak directly to the people actually doing the work, which they never mentioned before I signed up. A Google Ads rep later called me and confirmed that my ads were set up very badly.
After spending over two months with NinjaPromo, I ended up with zero leads and lost both time and money. They did not offer any fair solution or refund.
I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Hi there 👋
This story is written so convincingly that we almost believed we had run a full digital intermediate colourist project. After checking our CRM and contracts, there is no client in that niche on record. If this is a genuine case under another name, please email [email protected] so we can verify and address it.

Absolutely the worst agency experience…
Absolutely the worst agency experience of my career. After paying €15,000, it became clear they have no clue what they're doing. They promised expertise in our industry (trading) but delivered an uncoordinated mess of freelancers with zero collaboration between them.
We contracted them for SEO, PAID ADS, and influencer marketing. While the SEO was passable, everything else was embarrassingly poor quality. Their sales managers make grand promises the team has no ability to fulfill.
Stay far away from Ninja Promo! I never write reviews like this, but I feel genuinely robbed. They took our money with no way to actually help us. Complete waste of €15,000 and months of time we can't get back.
I've worked with many agencies, but this felt like a sophisticated scam operation rather than a professional marketing firm.
Response from Ninja PromoDec 5, 2025
Hi there 👋
Reading phrases like absolutely the worst agency experience and sophisticated scam is brutal for any team, especially one that actually lives on Zoom calls and inside dashboards, not in hiding. Still, thanks for sharing your perspective.
On the claim that we have no clue in the trading niche.
Trading and forex are some of the most regulated and competitive spaces you can market in. We do work with trading brands, and not every test wins or even passes compliance and traffic realities. If it felt to you like there was no clear thinking behind what we did, then at the very least our reasoning around structures, audiences and creatives did not come across clearly. That is not how we want our work to feel.
On the idea of an uncoordinated mess of freelancers.
Our model is a dedicated team with a PM, strategist and specialists. In practice that can mean several people across SEO, paid and influencer marketing. Internally this runs on one backlog and shared goals. The fact that you describe it as zero collaboration tells us that what you saw from the outside did not reflect the structure we see on the inside.
On SEO being just OK and paid and influencers being very poor.
We are glad you found parts of the SEO work acceptable, but of course that is not the whole picture in a 15 000 euro engagement. Performance in trading depends a lot on offer, landing pages, tracking, platform limits and risk. That is context, not an excuse. If campaigns or influencer choices felt weak on your side, then something was clearly misaligned between expectations, setup and outcomes.
On the gap between sales and delivery.
Our intention is that what sales presents and what the delivery team does are the same story. If you felt you were sold a perfect fit and experienced something very different, then expectations and reality did not line up. This is exactly why we prefer written scopes, roadmaps and clear constraints from the start.
On calling the whole thing a scam operation.
Words like scam have weight. On our side there is a registered company, long term clients and published case studies in trading and fintech. Bad fit is possible. Disappointment is possible. Putting us in the same bucket as scammers is not something we agree with, and if you are open to it, we would rather walk through what was actually done and how the budget was used.
We cannot discuss your account details here, but if you want to go beyond headlines, please email [email protected] with the subject "Trustpilot trading review 15000". A senior lead, not sales, will review what was agreed, what was delivered and how the spend was split between SEO, paid and influencers, and respond based on that, not assumptions.
You are absolutely entitled to your opinion. Our job is to make sure the next company that hires us for SEO plus paid and influencers in trading has a much less dramatic story to tell.
