Radio silence after first call.
Unfortunately wasn't able to experience much of their service as they completely ghosted me after our first call after advertising their “free proposal,” even after calling back and emailing follow-ups multiple times. Unprofessional, to say the least.

Hi there 👋 “Radio silence after first call” is exactly the kind of headline we don’t want associated with us, especially when we literally sell communication and marketing for a living. If you felt ghosted after a “free proposal” call, that’s on us. We want to be clear about a couple of things. We do run a free proposal and audit process and it should never end with silence. If you had to chase us with multiple emails and calls, that’s not “busy agency life”, that’s just unprofessional. This can happen if your request was misrouted between sales and delivery, if your contact ended up in the wrong pipeline (yes, CRMs can be evil), or, simplest and worst explanation, someone dropped the ball and didn’t admit it. None of that looks any better from your side of the table. If you’re open to it, please send a quick note to [email protected] with the subject “Trustpilot radio silence” and the email you used on that first call. We’ll pull the call and notes, see where the follow-up died, and either send the proposal properly or close the loop like adults, not ghosts 👻 You’re right to call this unprofessional based on your experience. Our job is to make sure it doesn’t happen again and to earn back at least a bit of trust, if you’ll let us. Team NinjaPromo 🥷
