I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and only received 2, i have ordered a lot of times and this the first time that this has happened

Received an email May 13 saying my order was shipped. When I checked the tracking number it says they the number is incorrect. They've ignored all emails, Whatsapp calls and messages except 1. I paid for FedEx shipping which they claim is about 10 days from the time you receive the email stating order is shipped. As of today , June 1, which is almost a month after I made the order I still have no idea where my order is, I still have heard nothing in regards to my order or emails or refunding my money. Simply put horrible customer service, horrible shipping and in my opinion a SCAM!!

Late shipping times, and lied about it bro g shipped

I order merchandise off the website just for me not to receive a order number, waited about 3 weeks until I decided to contact them about my order and took forever to respond until they gave me a new tracking number. its been about three months and still nothing, I tried contacting again, mind you I am not even spamming them, and got no response. We better off finding another rep website that actually communicates

I made an order about TWO MONTHS ago. They sent a package that was supposedly mine but was actually delivered in Virginia 1,500 miles away from me. They claimed they would send me a replacement package via FedEx to make up for the mistake. They didn’t send the replacement package via FedEx and also refuse to refund shipping costs for THEIR mistake. And to top it all off I won’t even get my package for Christmas. 2 months of waiting around and I still have nothing. One of the most terrible experiences ever stay far away from this website they do not care about you.

I ordered a shirt November 14, 2024 here it is December 12, 2024 still no response nor a delivery.i want my money back this site is terrible!!

The poop that was sitting in my toilet this morning looks better quality than any stuff that ninja hype sells don't order!

Please do not order anything from this site, communication is not existent, they sent wrong size shoes (eventually!) and I haven't been able to get in contact with them since!. Lost £120
