if you think you are getting a bot that is consistent and make money this is not it they are set up as a good win rate but when there is a loss it will take your whole account or it will need to trade a month to get out of its loss

Be Careful Before You Buy
Unfortunately, I completely lost trust in this company after my purchase.
I don't feel they honored the original sale or what I understood I was being promised when I bought the software. Instead, after becoming a customer, I was later asked to pay substantially more money to continue.
For me, that's unacceptable. When you sell someone a product under a certain understanding, you should honor that sale instead of coming back later asking for more money.
On top of that, based on my experience with the software, I don't believe its performance comes anywhere close to justifying the amount of money they are now asking for.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company gets every promise and every licensing term in writing before paying anything.
Based on my personal experience, I simply don't trust them anymore and would not do business with them again.

We want to be completely transparent with everyone reading this. We believe some important context was not included in your account, and we would therefore like to clarify the facts.
Our records show that Karl purchased a NinjaBot AI license valid for 12 months, not a lifetime license. At the time of purchase, the 12-month term was clearly stated both at checkout and in the applicable purchase terms.
His access remained active throughout the entire contracted period and expired on October 4, 2026, in accordance with the original plan purchased.
During this period, Karl had access to the product and used NinjaBot AI's services. The issue arose only after his annual license expired, when he requested continued access to tools and community areas that are currently included in our Lifetime plan.
When Karl originally joined NinjaBot AI, the Lifetime plan did not exist. The available offer at that time was a 12-month license. As NinjaBot AI evolved, we subsequently introduced new plans and membership options. These new plans do not retroactively convert previously purchased annual licenses into lifetime access.
Even after Karl's license expired, our team made an effort to assist him and offered a special upgrade option as a courtesy, seeking to find a reasonable solution that would allow him to continue using the platform.
For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the claim that NinjaBot AI failed to fulfill the original purchase agreement. Karl's license was clearly defined as valid for 12 months at checkout and in the applicable terms, and he received access throughout the entire contracted period.
We understand that Karl may have developed different expectations as a long-standing customer. However, those expectations differ from the licensing terms that were presented and accepted at the time of purchase.
We remain available should Karl wish to speak directly with our team regarding his account.

Used company for nearly a year and was…
Used company for nearly a year and was just blown away by their actions.
I used NinjaBot ai for a year. Loved their products and their software. They made a mistake (and broke some advertising laws) and I pointed it out to them, instead of making it right which would have been very simple. They just canceled my account.
They did do a refund but only partially which is really strange.

Blown evals and refund not provided
I signed up for the yearly plan. I put the strategies on my evaluation accounts and they were blown in minutes of market open. I emailed support the day after payment asking for a refund, which they eventually agreed to but never actually gave me. They have a “14-day money back guarantee” on the site. Do not trust anything they say, avoid like the plague.
Update: they gave me the refund eventually (after opening a dispute with Capital One and emailing them 4 or 5 times asking for it). But now they've emailed me 3 times and called me once to alter or remove this review, so it's going to stay just like this.

Hi Grant,
We’re sorry to see this review, but we would like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading.
You purchased NinjaBot AI on July 9, 2026 and contacted our support team the following day requesting cancellation and a refund. Our team responded promptly, located your account, canceled your access, and forwarded your request to our financial department for processing.
Regarding the statement that the strategies “blew” two evaluation accounts within minutes, our execution records do not match that description. The records available to our team show that the accounts associated with the bot activity successfully reached evaluation approval.
We also offer individual onboarding to new customers specifically to help with installation, strategy configuration, and risk management before the system is used. In this case, the recommended onboarding process was skipped entirely.
Most importantly, despite the statement in this review that the refund was never provided, the refund was in fact processed after the administrative review was completed.
We understand that automated trading may not be the right fit for every trader, which is precisely why we provide training, onboarding, technical support, and a refund process. We remain committed to handling customer concerns professionally and transparently.
