The functionality is pretty good. There are things that Ninety.io lacks including being able to pull up previous comments written in sections. For example, you can see things that are typed after a meeting, but it lumps them all together instead of showing the same format prior. There are other things that aren't great, but in general, it's a good platform. Pretty easy to use/quite user friendly.

Bugs caused data loss that were unrecoverable.
Response from NinetyApr 19, 2021
Hi Brian, I reviewed the incident you submitted about lost comments in your rocks. We did have the dev team look at your account and they were not able to find any problems or bugs that would cause this. We did respond to let you know the data was not recoverable and was most likely caused by a user in your account deleting the comments in question. I have asked the dev team to look into creating an audit for all client accounts to help track this in the future, Again I am sorry for the loss of your data, but it was not due to a bug in the system.

Overall, a great support system for EOS. It is a little buggy at times. The accountability Chart, in my opinion needs the most work to become more user friendly and printable for paper hand outs to the team.

Hey Mark - did you see we recently added a print entire chart option on the Accountability Chart? It lets you put it all on one page and take it to a printers to get it on a large piece of paper. But agree - still more work to be done! Next quarter I am hoping to add the ability to have multiple versions of the AC, view archived versions, and have a sandbox to work on it with just a few people at a time.

The inability to tag teammates that auto generates an email to them with replies to that email becoming comments in to-dos/rocks/issues is a feature I miss from other platforms.
Response from NinetyFeb 22, 2021
Thanks for the feedback Glen! Completely agree and would love to add that to the system. I can definitely move that up the request list!

It's a very helpful program but there are a lot of aspects that don't work properly yet. We haven't made it through a single quarterly/annual meeting that didn't have a major issue. The rock setting feature has never worked for us & the PDF exports look horrible.
Response from NinetyFeb 3, 2021
Hey, Sorry to hear you have had some trouble during your Quarterly/Annual meetings - I'll follow up with you to try and get some specifics if you are willing and make sure we have those items resolved asap. The good news is we are re-doing all of our PDFs now! Already done with the AC earlier this year, just released the new V/TO a couple weeks ago, and last night released the new Scorecard and Rocks. Next up is the Quarterly export! But appreciate the feedback! Helps us understand our client needs so we can prioritize well!

The process section has an issue with the attachments losing their link and having to be reattached. Not reliable.
Response from NinetyJan 29, 2021
Erik - thanks for letting me know. I'm going to shoot you an email so we can get to the bottom of that and make sure it is fixed.
Steve
Overall the tool itself is intuitive and the customer service is rock solid. 2 things... Mobile - The mobile experience is lacking - I respect what you're trying to do on mobile in a browser. It simply doesn't work well for the average user on an itty bitty screen. Headlines - That I can't see headlines unless I hunt for a meeting is "weird". Put them in the sidebar w/everything else. Oh, I also don't like that I get random emails from your founder...Ninety newsletters would be one thing, but his articles and blogs should be something I specifically opt into.

From a technical, user-interface standpoint, the 90 system could use some functional improvements.
