We use Ninety for our daily standups and weekly L10 meetings. We do this by sharing our screen in a video conference. The lag time for pages to load when moving from page to page gets long, and it interrupts the flow of the meeting.

The tech is a little clumsy and slow. We still have to use a PM system with Ninety because To-Dos do not function as they do in a PM system like Asana. And why is this not in a mobile app? Even more clunky in a mobile web browser.

Website interface can be problematic at time with loading wheels during meetings (I was not the one leading them). The answer every time is "clear your cookies" but doesn't address the underlying problem. When it works it's great when it doesn't it slows meetings down. I am sure they will work it out but the sites performance just needs some improvement overall. Setting that aside the functionality itself is good when the performance is where it needs to be

Great potential! Ninety.io is a good product but there are occasions when it will slow down or we encounter minor bugs. The user experience is a little clunky at times. It has a lot of potential and I hope to see continuing improvement as we find the tool very helpful for our virtual teams!

The software is really slow and does not have all the features we would like to use to implement our traction model fully.

Better than similar programs, however: Why don't long term issues print? Why do comments move to a new issue if you don't hit enter, and why are they editable without a change log? Could you add a space for 1 on 1 meetings so I can track stuff with individuals that may not be appropriate for the whole group.

This program is slow with multiple people on it. When someone is scribing and moving from one category to the other, it takes so long to pop up so all can see. Too much going on, needs to be simplified.

Ninety.io The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. ;-) Ninety.io in itself has the potential to help build health for an organization. The Good- it can help simplify a task completion system. The Bad- it may not be the best platform to evaluate personnel within the org. The Ugly- I think there is a potential disconnect between the value of production and greater value of people using this system.
