A True Killer App for Biz
As a Professional EOS Implementer, lifelong entrepreneur, and tech-enthusiast, I must say Ninety fully gets it. Not only do I have every client on Ninety, I also use it for my practice. It's a true killer app for the following reasons... 1 - it's simple to use and the team will use it 2 - it actually works in your business work-flow / operating system 3 - it builds accountability 4 - it saves you time 5 - everything is in one place 6 - the dashboard view replaces systems that charge thousands per year alone 7 - it's simple to use (I know I said that already) I've been on everything, literally everything. Asana, Trello, Teamwork, Wrike, and a thousand other tools. Both in my businesses and in consulting arrangements. They all work - to an extent. Some I still use for project management, sales, and other reasons. But, I've never seen a tool like Ninety, that I'd suggest to every business owner and leadership team. Why? - All your biggest priorities are in one place - Your strategic plan is in one place and updated on schedule - You set, review, revise your plan on a schedule / live with your team/s - You meet weekly and all notes, To Do's, statuses are updated - You focus on accountability and execution - You focus on the metrics that drive the business - You have one place for all issues, ideas, and opportunities - You foster open and honest communication - You move in a real-time flow vs. static emails and slow communication I could go on and on. The only thing I will mention is that you should understand how a business uses Ninety. As a Professional EOS Implementer, we use Ninety based on the 6 key components of business - from the bestseller, Traction. You can do it yourself or work with a coach like me (of course, I favor the coaching option at least until you're up-to-speed). Either way works and Ninety has provided an incredible tool for your business. I'm simply a fan and grateful for this amazing tool. I know the team there has always been responsive to feedback and new ideas. I've spoken with them along the way and they've been incredibly helpful. I love that about them and I'm eager to continue to see how Ninety works for me and my clients as it just gets better and better.
