We have recently passed our 1 year anniversary as an EOS company. I began searching for an EOS application about halfway through reading Traction. Namely because I was questioning our ability to be successful as well as efficient with EOS without a cloud based application to compartmentalize and move information efficiently between teams. We began using the application with our Leadership team of 4 and rolled it out to the next layer in the company after our first 2 quarters on EOS. The app allows our users to more quickly understand and apply EOS (along with reading ‘What the Heck is EOS’) to daily actives and has accelerated our vision of EOS infiltrating every layer of our firm. There is, without question, no conceivable way we would have gotten EOS as deep into our firm (about 300 employees) as quickly as we have without Ninety. It has also fundamentally changed how we conduct our quarterly and annual meetings because it keeps all of our Long-Term issues in front of us so we don’t waste any time ‘brainstorming’ issues at the offsite’s. We have also been witness to Ninety’s ability to regularly deploy and support extremely relevant features on their product road map. The online support team is hands down one of the best we’ve worked with across all of the technology we use to run our firm. If you are an EOS company and you are not using Ninety, you are in the slow lane and really, who likes being in the slow lane?
