Sold things that they didn’t have. I ordered a plane for my sons birthday several weeks before the day but they couldn’t deliver in time.

Hi Petter, We are truly sorry that the model you ordered was not available and could not arrive in time for your son’s birthday. The product was shown as available because of an inventory synchronisation error, but the standard version was unfortunately already out of stock when your order was being prepared. As soon as we discovered the issue, we contacted you and offered either a free upgrade to a premium version or an alternative model, together with priority shipping. We fully understand that ordering several weeks in advance should have been enough, especially for such an important birthday gift.
