Do not trust them!!!! They tell you that they will lock you into the rate that you start off with and then it's a bait and switch to increase your prescription by ~$200 every month after. They blame it on a "website migration". They also claim that they can pause your refills as needed, which I needed for my own personal health reasons, they did it in the past and then when I ask again they say it's "beyond their control". It's completely unethical treatment for patients to force them to continue taking medication at a faster pace when that is not what is best for their health. From both a clinical and operational standpoint, adjusting cadence is medically appropriate for their patients and operationally feasible, and they have a responsibility to do so, but fail to for more $$$$$$$$$$$. A subscription billing cycle should not dictate clinical appropriateness. This is basic medication management. Yet they do. Beware!!!

After I started receiving my subscription, I tried to contact them, but got no response. I’ve tried to email them, but again no response. I’m trying to cancel my subscription, but there is no way to get a hold of this company. They continue to take the money out of my checking account. The product dosage is way too low and has no effect.

I tried Nimbus Nimcore for 3 months and had a disappointing experience overall. The lab work process was disorganized and the medication delivery was consistently late—I had to contact them repeatedly to get my prescriptions sent out. The medication itself showed no noticeable results after three months of use. The one bright spot: the doctor consultations were quick and straightforward. Overall, not worth the hassle.

I was sent my new medicine recommendation on June 11th from the dr. Then 2 days later.....a second medicine recommendation on the 13th and the price was $150 HIGHER! I did message AGAIN! The person who replied obviously did not read my inquiry....that clearly referred to 2 recommendations received 2 days a part. If they had read my email they would have known my request for more information wasn't related to my first month May 2024. Totally POOR COMMUNICATION. If/when I find a new provider for the tirzepetide injection I WILL be jumping ship. Poor management of your customer service team! Dara Hardyman

Total ripoff. Just go see your general practitioner and get a prescription for Avodart bills.
