Waited 3 weeks after I placed my order to be shipped. Emailed asking for an update. Never got a response back and then I recieved an email that my order was cancelled. I did get my refund in a timely manner, so that would be the only reason I would give this even 1 star. If you can't or won't ship to Alaska, then just say that at the time of placing the order.
